AI-Based Search understands natural language queries and typos, making it easier than ever to locate bookings, invoices, guests, and more. AI-Driven Actions take automation further by performing tasks like creating bookings or invoices with just a few prompts — all accessible through a simple AI icon inside AdvanceCM.

This advanced tool requires a subscription and charges $0.02 per guest request or generated response, but it can take your guest communication to the next level by automating replies and streamlining interactions.

AI based Search
AdvanceCM’s AI-Based Search lets you find what you need faster — even if you don’t type your query perfectly. Unlike traditional keyword search, AI Search understands what you’re trying to say, handling typos, synonyms, and natural language.
How It Works
AI Search is available in AdvanceCM if you’re subscribed to the Artificial Intelligence app in the Tokeet Appstore. It’s free to use — no credits required — but must be manually enabled via subscription.
Once activated, just type your question in the top-left search bar. You can also use voice-based search through your browser mic for hands-free use.

- Inquiries
- Guests
- Rentals

AI-Driven Actions
AI-driven actions automate tasks in AdvanceCM using Artificial Intelligence, removing the need for manual input. These smart actions help property managers save time, reduce errors, and improve efficiency by making proactive decisions based on data and past patterns.
Supported modules for AI-driven actions include:
- Tasks
- Incidents
- Calendars
- Invoices
- Inquiries
- Guests
- Rentals
- Expenses
Examples of AI-driven actions:
- Creating bookings, rentals, invoices, guests, cleaning tasks, incidents, and expenses
- For each action, the AI will ask for necessary details like dates, names, or amounts before proceeding
The AI keeps a record of your recent actions for the last 7 days, accessible via the “Chat Histories” icon in the same overlay.
Voice commands are also supported, allowing you to speak your instructions using your browser’s microphone. This feature supports 63 languages, making it easy to interact hands-free.

AI Generated Messages
AI-generated guest messages are a powerful tool supported by Tokeet’s Advance Intelligence feature. To use it, you must subscribe via the Tokeet Appstore for $0.02 per gr.
Once subscribed, you’ll need to activate Advance Intelligence by agreeing to the terms and digitally signing the agreement inside AdvanceCM. The Advance Intelligence icon will become fully available once activated.
The feature includes tools like:
- Testing AI responses with customizable settings
- Automatically sending AI replies
- Draft creation for guest messages and new bookings
Note that Advance Intelligence respects your settings to only share relevant info with guests. Also, AdvanceCM is not responsible for AI-generated messages sent to guests.
To start, subscribe in the Appstore, activate Advance Intelligence, and configure your preferences. This paid feature offers smart automation to save time and improve guest communication.
